Americanese is one of my all-time favorite movies. It is written by the brilliant director Eric Byler who commands the stage in this comedy Drama. The movie is primarily about the daily experiences of Asian-American immigrants in Los Angeles. The main character, Raymond Ding (Chris Tashima) barely has a grip on his life and is distant in his relationship with his girlfriend Aurora (Allison Sie). I personally have begun making jewelry using clear glass tiles since I learned how to make a glass tile pendant. I make the pendants that look similar the jewelry that Aurora for throughout the movie.
